Always hungry for knowledge, she has learned from the best of industry leaders. Mentoring under professionals such as Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Dr. Andrew Weil, and Robert Allen she understands what it takes to beat tough times and come out on top. Using their expertise and her own experiences, she is now able to pass along the life saving knowledge and skills that have helped her to rise again.
Belsby came from humble beginnings in the suburbs of Tacoma, Washington and was raised by two hardworking and conservative school teachers. With education being a priority in her household, she graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business; Major in Hotel and Restaurant Administration with a minor in Psychology. During the pursuit of her degrees, she became a mother at the early age of 22 and decided then that she would become a successful and strong role model for her daughter.
She has a passion for helping people and giving back to the community. As a true humanitarian, Belsby has worked with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, The Orangewood Children’s Home, Elizabeth Taylor’s amfAR Foundation,The Kempe Foundation and Children's Hospital Colorado
Although Cara Belsby has shown great success in her industries, she has also seen her share of loss and despair. In the past decade, Belsby has lost her former husband to cancer, lost her job in 2008 due to the economic downturn, lost her health due to a serious illness, lost all of her properties in 2010 and 2011, and lost all contact with family due to an estranged sister. Throughout all of her losses, Belsby still believes in the financial and real estate industries and their long overdue recovery. She now has risen from the ashes and has proven that the resilience of the human spirit is alive and well. Her strong desire to reach her highest potential now leads her to help others to succeed in their lives with her “teach what you know and pass it along” approach.
